Arrive at Seymour Airport in Baltra Island and transfer to Santa Cruz. Excursion to the ‘Highlands’ to visit The Giant Tortoises in the wild (Reserva El Chato), Twin Craters (Los Gemelos) and Lava Tunnels (Tuneles de Lava).

Reserva el Chato: In the upper part of the island giant tortoises can be found wandering freely through the area around the lagoon from the Chato.

Twin craters: Subsidence is formed by a series of eruptions when the islands were still active. The twin craters are the only place on the island where the Scalesia forest, endemic plant to this area, where are some species of finches of Galapagos and often the beautiful sorcerer bird can be observed.

Lava Tunnels: were formed as the outer skin of molten lava solidified but the liquid magma inside continued flowing, leaving behind a series of empty tubes. Visitors can walk through these underground channels.


Diving trip to North Seymour. North Seymour is situated in the north part of Santa Cruz Island. Here you can see  Hammerhead Sharks, White tip Reef Sharks, Galapagos Sharks, Black Tip Sharks, Green Sea Turtles, Oceanic Manta Ray, Spotted Eagle Ray, Golden Rays, Mobulas rays, Galapagos Garden Eels, Tropical Fish, etc. This dive site is considered for all level of divers, although there can be strong currents it is the perfect place for diving in the Galapagos Marine Reserve.



Diving trip to Gordon Rocks. Gordon Rocks, situated on the East coast of Santa Cruz, is considered the best place for diving in the central islands. Gordon Rocks is a world renowned site, where you can see big schools of Hammerhead Sharks, Black tip Sharks, White tip reef Sharks, Green Sea Turtle, Schools of Barracudas, Schools of Spotted Eagle Rays, Mobulas Rays, reef fish among others. This dive site is considered for intermediate or advance divers with at least 20 logged dives or those who have dived with us before due to the strong currents and surge.


 DAY 4

Transfer to Isabela Island

Day trip to Las Tintoreras. It is a chain of small islets full of cove and hidden beaches. The islet of Tintoreras is situates in the south of Puerto Villamil.

You will be taken from the hostel to the pier to get the boat.
In the tour you will do snorkeling. It has a bay where it is possible to see sea lions, marine turtle, iguanas, manta rays, etc. This bay is connected by a superficial crack with crystalline water which is closed off during low tide. In this crack, it is possible to see the sharks from Blanca Point swimming with the rest of the tropical fish and sea lions

 DAY 5 

Trip to Los Tuneles. Los Tuneles are a labyrinth of lava arches with crystal clear waters, one of the most magical places in the Galapagos Islands due to the amazing landscape and snorkeling.

You will be taken from the hostel to the pier to get the boat.
In the tour you will do snorkeling, where you will see large schools of fish, sea turtles and white tip reef sharks. You will see sea lions, marine Iguanas as well as a nesting area of blue footed boobies too.


Transfer to Santa Cruz Island
